Yeah this little 76 station incovience little mimi mart a complete rip off. Plus it took longer to check it back in than it was for me to check it out. These guys robbed me blind. I say putem out of business.

Erica WAfter checking in, it took over 50 minutes to pick up my truck that I had ordered online and confirmed with Uhaul via phone. Apparently the staff gave out my truck to someone else so there were issues with the electronic system. I was late to my job and delivery was delayed.

SAMMIE CIt was as smooth as I could’ve asked for. The only thing I noticed about my truck is the drivers side lighter plug doesn’t have power for charging phones. Passenger side worked. So definitely not a dealbreaker.

Thomas CAlthough the truck was clean, it was showing its age mechanically. The transmission shifted roughly and the engine sounded more like a diesel. The ramp was also very hard to secure and would have to take a running start to get the latch, to latch. Employees at the gas station were friendly and helpful but were busy attending to the gas station so always had to wait to be helped, both at check in and check out.
Kevin PVehicles need to be cleaned inside cab and back area. I swept out lots of garbage, wood chips and screws BEFORE I used it. Truck ran great, good gas mileage. Definitely did the job.

James JThe location that we were told to drop off at wouldn’t take the trailer, so I had to go in search of another uhaul location who worked with us to release us of the trailer. They were awesome, the experience could have been better.

Diego VAfter hours app is not reliable. Nothing you can do about homeless. I don't feel safe leaving my car overnight or after hours any uhaul location. People at the 76 Union location are fantastic, helpful and professional.
