I unfortunately can't recall his name, but the younger gentleman—approximately 5'6" to 5'7", with brown hair and glasses—was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire experience. He went above and beyond to assist me, offering reassurance and calm when I encountered a few unexpected challenges. His warm demeanor genuinely made it feel like there was nothing to stress about. I also truly appreciated his thoughtful gesture in advocating for a discount with his supervisor, especially given that we had just moved—an act of kindness we were sincerely grateful for. As someone who works for U-Haul Roadside Assistance, I often hear about various customer experiences when it comes to equipment pickups, and I’ll admit I was a bit curious—and slightly concerned—about what I might encounter myself. However, my experience exceeded expectations. The truck was spotless, ran perfectly, and handled the entire job without a single issue. Everything was in excellent condition, and it truly made the process smooth and stress-free.

I was overcharged by $500 for allegedly 500 additional miles. This is an impossibility that I drove 500 miles above the allotted 235 miles.

U-Haul truck was ok but truck was dusty in back and also in the interior of the truck other than that no compliants

I would have them stop charging for things I didn't want and inflating the price. I have no intention of returning to this location
