The customer service was non existent. I ordered blankets and never received them. I also ordered a furniture dolly and never received that. When I said something about it, all they could tell me was, “ oh we will let ‘them’ know.” I will never use this nasty little smoke shop (which I had no clue it was even a smoke shop/liquor store until I pulled up) for a U-Haul again.
