Store was clean and employee friendly and pleasant. Hard at time to understand English but worked through it. UHaul rep. did not inspect vehicle prior to departure, which should be a step prior to it leaving lot to have damage noted. (although they told me to take pictured of any found damage) Problem with variety stores..many say washrooms are ""not working"". As a UHAUL pick up point they should allow patrons to use the washroom. *****WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT UHAUL MOTHERSHIP CHANGED MY LOCATION FOR PICKUP OF VEHICLE, ALTHOUGH I HAD BOOKED IT 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. CAUSED SOME ISSUED WITH ARRANGEMENTS FOR DROPOFF TO PICK UP, BUT WAS COMPENSATED TO COVER THE MAJORITY OF THE EXPENSE!!!

Drop off they said I used more miles than I did
RANDALL SEnsure trucks are digged out of snow. I had to dig everything myself. I was constantly stuck in snow. I spent 2 hours digging myself out of snow trying to get off the lot. Then stuck in my drive way with snow even though I didn't have much snow. The uhaul dont handle snow well.
