Very friendly and nice man checking me in, but didn’t know how to check in a trailer, he said he only knew how to check in trucks, so he called a phone number for help. He used a small inexpensive tablet to check me in, he couldn’t provide me a copy of the completed contract, he had no printer, he said he would email it to me, he didn’t. I called 1-800-go Uhaul the next day to verify I actually got checked in and she emailed me the completed contract. I will not use this drop off location again. I have no confidence in the man running this u-haul location.

KENNETH NAbsolutely unacceptable experience with U-Haul. My reservation was botched from the start—the truck wasn’t ready, the access code provided was invalid, and the equipment I prepaid for was nowhere to be found. Even worse, the rental location didn’t have the equipment available and couldn’t offer any solution. I was charged for gear I never received, and customer service failed to make it right. This experience disrupted my schedule and added stress to an already demanding move. I will go out of my way to steer friends and colleagues away from using U-Haul. You’re better off looking elsewhere.
