I felt dirty just stepping into this location. I would never let my wife or children go in there. It was scary

Trailer lights were not working properly. Was told it was fine since you can still see trucks lights. I decided to take action and fixed the faulty wiring for you! Plug wires were just twisted together and taped! This is not the proper way to connect electrical wires in any application.

We were told the gas was at 1/2 tank but it was only a 1/4. The parking lot was super small and very crowded so we had a hard time getting in and out. The people were friendly though. The location was also far away from anything really

Couldn’t find truck. Nobody in the office. Waited for 25 minutes and finally called U-Haul to change location. Guy finally came to help. Turns out the truck was in a back field behind the shop. It was like a junk yard with a mud pit and there was no way I was going to walk back there. Guy finally brought truck out for us. Very surprised it didn’t get stuck in the mud. I have pictures of the mud and how disgusting the place way.

I did not originally select this location for my rental. I was able to complete the reservation process at a different location successfully. Next thing I know it switched to this location. This was annoying as I picked the closest location to me to avoid mileage charges. I talked to the location I wanted originally and they said they don't even have any trucks? What's up with that? Why can you make a reservation in a location, says its available there but then switch it to somewhere else cause its really not there. It wouldn't be as big of a deal but I ended up paying for more miles because I had to go further out of the way. This location is about the biggest dump in the planet. One of the other reasons I did not reserve here but I didn't get a choice in the matter. Very poor reservation system

Have a better check in. The vehicle I got on paper said it was full and I told the worker it was only at 3/4 full before I left and he said show him after. I did and he told me it can’t be reimbursed since I filled the tank to full. Called and a lady tried to say the same thing. Until I showed proof of the picture I took when I picked up the vehicle. I just don’t get how I can get a fee for not filling it and not get it full when I take it.

No complaints. The facility lot is not conducive to leaving a vehicle to be picked up upon return of the rental. Discovered all lights on the trailer were not in working order. Not sure if it was a light or wiring issue. Overall, I would rent again if needed.

Location is a junkyard, but friendly staff. All tires were underinflated, so we returned for air before hitting the highway, and it took about a half hour. We were driving into the sun on the return trip, so I used the windshield wipers which made it worse. The driver's side visibility was passable, but the passenger had no visibility. Fuel economy was better than expected.

Gas was empty. Mileage was off. Air in tires were very very low. Drivers door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way. We were charged for the gas issue and now have to dispute it. Choose a different place for U-Haul pick up

I wish this location had the items I requested for when I booked the truck. We were banking on having these items to help us with the move and because they didn’t have them it took us longer and was unsafe how we ended up having to move things. I booked two dolly's and one rolling dolly, and they only were able to provide us with one dolly. It would’ve been nice if they planned ahead. Bot having what I booked wasn’t good. Had I known it would have been like this I would have gone elsewhere.

Fast, friendly, and efficient rental location. Over the years I’ve rented a lot of U-Haul trucks and trailers and this was by far the most enjoyable experience I’ve had. The trailer was right up front and ready to go when I arrived, and the attendant welcomed me in and did the paperwork quickly. No hassle, no sales pitches, no grumbling, just the most pleasant transaction to start the morning. The return was even better, as they dropped what they were working on and got the trailer unhooked and checked in with a smile and a thank you. In this era of poor service and grouchy vendors, this business is so refreshing to find!!

I had set up the rental online with the days I needed and the closest drop off spot to my new apartment. However, when I reached the pick up area even though I said I didn't need more days or distance for the trip he still added more and then changed my drop off location. The truck had also definitely not been inspected by anyone recently since the dashboard lights didn't work so if it got too dark I couldn't see the speedometer or RPMs. I think these locations for Uhaul pickup/drop off should be quality reviewed periodically to ensure they are suitable for trucks rather than just uhaul self storage.
