Amber VThe U-Haul we got was full of dried mud inside. This was a big deal because the items being hauled needed to be clean. We had to pay out of pocket for cleaning supplies and tarps plus our labor. I reported this right away to U-Haul, but never had a follow up nor was anything discounted
