Charge the next customer for only the number of days they rent the vehicle. I rented the truck for one(1) day, Monday, October 30, 2023. I picked it up Monday morning. I dropped it off at the same location that night, Monday, October 30, 2023 with more gas in it than when I picked it up that morning. The rental location was 10 miles out of the city, in the middle of nowhere. Get a rental location in the city of Sun Prairie, WI. I would not have complained about this if your company had not charged me for two(2) days of rental when I in fact had your truck for less than one day. 16 hours, at the most.
