I wish this location had the items I requested for when I booked the truck. We were banking on having these items to help us with the move and because they didn’t have them it took us longer and was unsafe how we ended up having to move things. I booked two dolly's and one rolling dolly, and they only were able to provide us with one dolly. It would’ve been nice if they planned ahead. Bot having what I booked wasn’t good. Had I known it would have been like this I would have gone elsewhere.

JAY LFast, friendly, and efficient rental location. Over the years I’ve rented a lot of U-Haul trucks and trailers and this was by far the most enjoyable experience I’ve had. The trailer was right up front and ready to go when I arrived, and the attendant welcomed me in and did the paperwork quickly. No hassle, no sales pitches, no grumbling, just the most pleasant transaction to start the morning. The return was even better, as they dropped what they were working on and got the trailer unhooked and checked in with a smile and a thank you. In this era of poor service and grouchy vendors, this business is so refreshing to find!!
