When they tell me a mark on my paperwork that I have a full tank of gas and then we realized down the road that were nearly empty, I can say that I was not very pleased and because of that I filled up the truck full. But when I return the truck I had only used just over a quarter tank of gas. I don't think that's fair. I had no way of knowing how much gas it would take to travel roughly 180 miles. I only did I not get the vehicle that I was reserved for me, a 9 foot cargo van and was given a 10 foot truck instead, they got a lot of free gas out of me. I have used U-Haul 3 times in the last month. I don't think on this rental I was treated appropriately for what I had ordered. I should've gotten a lot bigger discount but instead they got free gas from me.

Clean up the building and parking lots. There is no place to turn around after returning equipment such as a trailer. The lot is filled with junk cars and equipment and the building interior is dirty and filled with junk also.

We checked the inside of the unit before we left the location and it had several boxes of stuff and junk in it. The place was not clean and the customer service was below average. Not all employees were wearing masks even though the county has a mandatory mask mandate.

Have more workers so being third in line doesn't take longer than an hour AFTER express check in. Also, tell customers ahead of time they will need an emergency contact to answer their phone at 7am. Will be using Budget from now on.

Refused to give me paper hardy copy of contract then charged for mileage and gas and refused to resolve issue. I am awaiting a resolution from customer service If one is not received will be filing fraud complaint.

The place was sub-par. Dog running around unleashed, no parking to pick up rental, had to get in the truck out on road cause there wasnt a place for the rental business to park the truck.

Did not have the truck I reserved. Did not know this till arrival, after four hours of driving to reach the pickup location. The truck I reserved was an additional three hours away (round-trip). Simply not acceptable.

I selected a different location. I got an e-mail the day before I was going to pick up and I have to drive 40 miles (80 miles total) to get the trailer. This is the third time that U-haul does that to me. Very inconvenient and dissatisfying

Switched location 2 days before pick up- this location was 45 mins away from previous location adding time onto my move. Worker was friendly, place was nice but the truck shakes violently at higher 45-55 speeds.

I didn't appreciate having to drive 150 miles roundtrip spending money on gas to pick up the uhaul. There should have been some sort of discount given for the inconvenience and additional expense to pick up. I can see not being available at the uhaul location chosen but there's more than one in the Milwaukee metro market.

I reserved at a location 3 miles away but at the last minute I found out the pickup location was changed to a place more than 20 miles away. This place was absolutely disgusting and has not been cleaned since the 80s. We had to wash the vehicle inside and out ourselves, and the mud was THICK! This is not the experience I would have expected from Uhaul. Will consider other options next time.

Getting the truck was a disaster as it was to be picked up in Portage and they first could not find the reservation that I made 3 months ago. That pickup was not going to happen and things went downhill from there!!!!

Both places. Fairfield Ca. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I did have a problem with the billing but the lady, sorry don't remember her name, was very quick to fix problem while I was on the road with just a phone call. Staff at return in Sun Prairie Wisconsin were just as friendly and quick to turn in so I could be off. They also fixed my license plate while other guy was on hooking trailer. Great ride down hwy 50 over the Rockies and into Wisconsin. Made trip fun. Thank you

It was a repair shop/car lot doing uhaul on the side. Very nice people to work with just was not the same type of facility as the pick up location.

The owner was very helpful. He called me and checked if I knew how to reach the location. When I reached, the owner personally came out and guided me where to park. Drop off was pretty smooth.

Truck was dirty and front tires were bald. Agent (Gerry) switched tires and cleaned the truck while I waited. Truck came in late night before and arrived to rent same truck as he open that AM. My concern is why that truck was even on the road with such poor tires. Obviously somebody does not care if you're customers are hurt or killed when a front tire fails on a loaded truck. You should expect more. I know I do. The agent I worked with was professional and conscientious. Thanks

Confused on where exactly my vehicle was. The app should tell you which vehicle is yours right away. Also, there was no extra equipment in my vehicle that I paid for! Terrible. However, the customer service was outstanding.

We ordered 2 utility dollies. We did NOT get any dollies! We called the location and he said he would refund us for the missing dollies and we never got our $20 back. He also said we had 105 miles for the one way move. We signed for 105 miles. When we returned it, they said we only got 89 miles. So we had to pay for extra miles when we should not have had to pay. This is the 2nd week in a row that we had a horrible experience with uhaul. Very disappointed and probably will look elsewhere for a rental truck.

Just took my keys and I did not get a receipt proving I returned the truck. He said he would email it to me. I did not get it so I called later in the day and he said he was busy with a customer, but he will call me back in 2 minutes but he never did.
