This location was not prepared for my reservation at all. I visited this location days before my pick up day to ensure my reservation was in the system. The clerk confirmed my information and the reservation. When I arrived on the pick up day, the Uhaul had not been checked out from the previous reservation. The clerk had to complete the check out process while assisting other customers because she was the only one working at the time. This process took almost an hour before I was able to drive off the lot. My suggestion is the manager needs to personally confirm that the Uhaul is checked out and is good to go for the next customer. Expecting a cashier to assist Uhaul customers along with the other customers is very risky.

Make it easier to access the key and pick up the U-Haul. Online assistance was helpful today but had to cancel a previous truck pick up due to technical difficulties with the mobile pick up

The ladies who assisted me with the truck rental at pickup was amazing! Those Salmon Breakfast Sandwiches were the icing on the cake.

Black dude in U-Haul truck thought I was trying to steal the U-Haul cause I was an hour late which I was going to add another day cause I had a lot to move he also said I couldn’t add no more days cause it was booked I brought the U-Haul back 4 hours early and the U-Haul never moved the whole day just a liar and unprofessional nobody wants to steal a U-Haul that gave there license and card information

I was overcharged by $46.77. I only drove the truck 47 miles. Which I informed the location of at drop off instead of the 80 miles that was pre estimated, however they failed to fix the mileage. at 1.09x80 miles still that is only 87.20 +19.95 rental charge makes it $107.15 yet my card was charged $117.95. I returned the truck with the gas at the same place it was when I got it. The front and back was cleaned, and it was returned during open hours. the mileage on the truck at drop off was 26,612 besides that part the truck was clean, ran wonderful the pick up and drop off process was easy the clerk who rented the truck to me was super sweet and friendly. I just want the over charged amount the be refunded to my card.

We waited for the text to do a check off before we oeft but never got one. The gas was sitting on empty and we had to put $30 in. We were charged almost $50 extra for fuel when it was sotting on empty when we picked it up.

WOW - If you need to rent a truck - THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO !!!! Super friendly and helpful staff. The parking area is very large and it is very well lit up at night. I am so happy with this location.
