It was an absolute disaster! I was forced to rent from them when he charged my card before we went over everything and made sure everything was right. Also refused to put the insurance on insisting that he couldn’t do it and then turns out he could and he added one I didn’t one because I told him when he asked if I wanted insurance and I said yes the $149 one and the extra $7 for the safe trip. He went and added a random one. He then got rude with me because he messed up. And I was forced to rent from them because of the card already charged since it was a credit card it would take up to 7 days to drop off! I talk to the owner and he got my insurance fixed but did not offer any kind of compensation for the rudeness of the employee or for the troubles I went through! I would never recommend this place to any one!! And this was after we were switched to that location cause the first one didn’t have the truck we needed but I called that location back in the store we were forced to rent from and the man told me they had three trucks in the size I needed! So I don’t understand why we are switched to that second location to begin with!! What a horrible and absolutely terrible mess that could have been avoided !!!

Jason LBad experience. First interenet was down and I was on a time crunch. Upon inspection of vehicle it had no gas. So I had to fill it up spending an additional almost $100 when in my experience they always came filled and you would then fill it up or top it off upon return. It's cheaper if I hired a moving service almost for what I spent. I'm done with UHaul.

Vivekbhai PI made a reservation for a truck for 12 hours on 3/29 via the U-Haul website on 3/28. Within a few hours of making my reservation, a stranger went to this location and picked up the U-Haul truck, a day early. The employee stated he checked his ID, it did not match my reservation, but he still allowed the driver to leave with the truck for over 4 hours, under my information/reservation. This stranger was given my full name, address, phone number, & email on paperwork during this pick up. The staff was not helpful and stated “just dispute the charge with your bank”. No, I would like to trust that my reservation and personal information will not be given away due to carelessness. Anything could have happened to that truck while in MY name, and this place would have no idea who was actually driving it. I will never be back.
