The person who helped me didnt check the odometer and handed me the truck on E. My reservation was rescheduled at a different location to where I had originally reserved. I waited 1 hour outside the facility to get the key as they didnt open until 11 AM, poor customer service. I doubt I will ever be renting from U haul again.
