The verify my identity by calling a friend is ridiculous. No one answers their phone any more. Asking me to get my passport is also silly as I'm not at my house, carry it around or have a picture of it with me. The lock was difficult to open. The key was NOT in the designated place. I think I was charged twice :( I'll have to call. GODO thing - the customer service operator was extremely calm.

I waited 1 hour outside the facility to get the key as they didnt open until 11 AM, poor customer service. I doubt I will ever be renting from U haul again.
