Information on brake guard system should be shown in truck or website or user pamphlet. It defaults on and you aren't aware until you come to downward grade. Had to get help for what was a very simple fix but, not having instructions for us impacted our safety and travel.Patricia L.

When returning the truck, I could not fill it back up due to it currently being a category 4 hurricane (all residents were evacuating the city) and all the gas stations in and near the city of Baton Rouge were out of gas. The store worker said he understood and would call to see if he could over ride the charge for gas. He told me he was told â€œuhaul could not be lenient on gas.â€ I found this to be terrible customer service since there was no gas in the city or outside the city.JASMINE B.

We booked two Dollys that were not Availble. They are never available at this location - according to the clerk helping us. We were depending on the equipment to move, and never were able to get it. We also needed to extend our rental and were not allowed to. This was not a good experienceChelsea M.

No problem with Brother's but dealing with uhaul was awful. I booked my rental a week in advance. I called to verify the day before at the closest uhaul. I was told I should have received a call from a 337 number to verify the rental. I had to call uhaul and wait an hour on hold before getting a customer service rep that was had no clue and said she was taking g call for Mississippi then transferred me and I waited another 40 minutes for a rude rep to pick up the phone. They found me a rental at brothers which is a 30 minute drive from where I was moving. It doesn't matter what google maps say the miles are. The traffic is awful. The cost was ridiculous. Trailer was hooked up incorrectly damaging thelight harness wiring and causing an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS situation of no brake lights or blinkers on trailer. I had to buy a new harness which the drop off location kept. When I told the drop off location what the pick up location did they just blew it off. I could not be more disappointed in UHaul. I am lucky I did not have a wreck in the crazy interstate traffic that I had to negotiate without lights. I am sure I will hear nothing from this either. Nobody cares.Margaret F.

The employee that helped us was rude and unhelpful. The truck was dirty and falling apart, including a low tire pressure light on the dash. We spoke with the manager when we returned and reported the problem. He seemed receptive, and apologized profusely.ORION V.
The passenger door handle was missing. The truck was nasty and wreaked of something like body odor and years of uncleanliness. This was alarming given that we're still in the midst of a pandemic. And the service representative was short; his customer service was like he only learned to tolerate ppl instead of be responsive, informative, and attentive.Sara M.

being a sunday return was thought to be no rush.
