The person with the long beard was doing my rental for the uhaul was so rude I wanted to express my disappointment with the way I was treated by some of your workers during my recent experience. As a pregnant woman, I expected to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect, but instead I felt uncomfortable and disrespected because of the rude behavior shown toward me. No customer should feel talked down to or mistreated, especially during pregnancy when stress and emotions can already be overwhelming. I believe customer service should be professional and compassionate at all times. I hope this issue can be addressed so that no other pregnant woman or customer has to experience the same treatment. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.
