DAVID BThey didn't tell me there was a charge by the mileage, and quoted me at 50 miles even though we discussed going way over that. So my $55 quote turned into a $200 rental. The guy who called asking for more money was not friendly, flat out rude, didn't explain well, would not recommend and honestly, in done with uhaul. Not the first time this has happened with them at various locations, but this place was the rudest.

Leaving the next renter me with a mess. I filled the vehicle up for my trip and returned it with more than 3/4 of a tank of gas for that I get 19.95

TROY PTruck has tpm system light and low tire pressure light on where the odometer should be, see uploaded pic. Was charged for xxx miles, I cannot verify that but was charged for whatever.. thanks for totally stressful move!

Ira HWith this reservation, I did not get a furniture dolly but yet was charged for the dolly. I also had a roadside issue and was told I would be charged for a second day if the truck was returned before 8:00a the following day but was charged for a second day's rental anyway. I called and spoke with a representative who said they'd pass the message on about the issues and still received a receipt reflecting the incorrect amount in spite of 2 conversations regarding the reservation which will be disputed.

ramarize rAutomatically charged me for 50 miles when I picked up truck adding $54.50 to my pick up price despite not needing that many miles. I rented the truck for 24 hours but my bank was charged the ENTIRE pick up price the next morning HOURS before the truck was even SUPPOSED to be returned. I've rented from UHAUL many times and never encountered these issues. I did speak with customer service and they did NOT say these were new policies or the like. I brought the truck back to the location early after cancelling a second day reservation. I arrived at the last minute at 5:27 pm but no one was there even though the closing time is supposed to be 5:30 pm. Additionally the hours are written on the doors as being open until 6 pm.
SHERYL BToo many repetitive steps involved in check-out and check-in, slowing everything down. The truck itself was very old and worn. Transmission revved very high before switching gears with a loud thump.
Scott MMultiple calls about the truck size, how I couldn’t get it before hours, then got a voicemail the night before that I could pick it up before hours, came at 8:05 and it wasn’t ready even though original pick up time was 7am. Truck needed an oil change and a headlight replaced. I’m not sure if that’s the locations fault to maintain the trucks. I’ve always had a great experience at Ace and will continue to be a supportive customer, but I’m not sure I’ll use u-haul again.

Peggy CI rented a 17’ truck for 3 hrs and drove 18 miles, maybe used a gallon of gas and was charged $140. I will never use u-haul again. Total rip off!!!

Mark CMake sure that matters what color you are, we all still shed the same color blood when we bleed. We didn't get serviced at all and my husband was pissed. It wasn't clean and the Back wasn't cleaned from degree from others move. I refuse to clean that out. I only had for beds to move and a whole TV and entertainment center and was back by 5 to turn in ...
TONJA HTruck needs a lot of work
Ryan HTruck was clean but AC did not always work properly- ac would cut off after a while and you would have to roll down the windows to cool off. The passenger side door to the cabin would not open from the outside, had to open it from the inside. The oil change light was on.
