STEPHANIE PThe UHaul App is absolutely terrible. Multiple crashes, terrible navigation and layout. Ultimately the website is more user friendly, more reliable, and easier to navigate. In addition, the Uhaul policies regarding fuel charges is outrageous. Makes absolutely no sense that I’m already paying for insurance, Use and fuel and then I get charged per mile on top of that! I am extremely dissatisfied! Also not too mention that Uhaul (the most notorious moving company in the US) doesn’t support military members. Absolutely crazy!

SEAN DThis facility is great. It's easy to access and the staff are helpful. I have one complaint and it's about the equipment, not about the facility. I rented a 6x12 trailer and it really needs to come with a tongue jack to ease the hooking and unhooking process. The trailer is very heavy. I know that staff have portable jacks and can assist when I am picking up or dropping off. But sometimes it is necessary to unhook and rehook during the period that I have the rental. It is very difficult to do that without a tongue jack. A trailer that heavy should not be rented without a tongue jack. It is unsafe.
Michael Gexcellent customer service, he arrived early to release the vehicle to me, it meant a lot , i wanted to get started before the heat set in and he accommodated good guy i give him kudos and i would defiantly recommend his location
ALEX MIt was a little difficult to figure out where to drop off.
WILLIAM JOscar was nice, but he insisted that we pickup before two because he was closing for the long weekend. However, when I arrived at 1:50, he was not there and we had to wait. The truck was in rough shape; dents and scratches everywhere and the gas tank was empty. He did not explain anything about the check in on the app when picking up the truck. I only learned about it when I called customer service.

Jon BBrothers was an excellent rental location with lots of room to maneuver the trailer. Oscar is a great guy with some good sheds as well. I somehow got double charged because I picked my trailer up early. In processing my payment Uhaul corporate saw the error and corrected it. Nice job on customer service!
Paul HOnly issue was a prior customer dropped off a vehicle, and took the keys with them, blocking access to the trailer i needed and i was forced to reschedule because the customer with the keys took 2 hours to come back with the keys. Oscar was great, wasn't his fault

Lorraine GI made a mistake and wasn’t able to use the trailer. I notified U-Haul and returned the trailer as soon as I realized my riding mower would not fit onto the trailer. The man that helped me with the U-Haul contract and trailer rental didn’t want to refund the rental cost. He pressured me into not requesting a refund and tried to make me feel bad for making a mistake. He told an untruth ( said another U-Haul representative said my mower would not fit onto the 6x12’ trailer). His opinion(s) seemed to be in conflict with the U-Haul representative’s I spoke with on the U-Haul Customer Service telephone line.

Natalie FMake sure the gas gauge works properly. As I was filling the tank to get it back to where it started I was monitoring it very carefully to not pay anymore than necessary. I got it back to the correct mark, and then once I started driving it jumped up an extra 1/4 tank which amounted to paying about $40 more than I should have. I hope this isn't by design to trick customers into overpaying.
Phil HEarlier notification that the requested pickup location was going to be changed would be good. I picked the location since I could ride my bike to pickup the UHaul renter. The change in pickup location, caused me to scrabble for a ride. Not a big problem, just unexpected. I became aware of the change, when the new pickup location called. A text would have good - like I got when the drop-off location was changed.
