The UHaul App is absolutely terrible. Multiple crashes, terrible navigation and layout. Ultimately the website is more user friendly, more reliable, and easier to navigate. In addition, the Uhaul policies regarding fuel charges is outrageous. Makes absolutely no sense that I’m already paying for insurance, Use and fuel and then I get charged per mile on top of that! I am extremely dissatisfied! Also not too mention that Uhaul (the most notorious moving company in the US) doesn’t support military members. Absolutely crazy!
