I was contacted about my rental, and provided an updated pick up location for a 26 inch truck instead. It was not explained this was a mobile pick up. Originally it was a counter pick up with a person. We got there at my 9am time and waited for the business to open. The drop off location was all the way down florin road. And I was told milage would be covered. Instead I was charged $9 more. Im irratated at how business is handled , communication was horrible
