The rear tire was low, which put up a notice over the odometer. You can take a picture of the odometer, but you can't get a Picture of the reading on the gas gauge of both odometer and fuel level when you check out. Rental place told me air pressure was fine

JAMES CWe didn't meet the staff as the office was closed, but we've met them oreviously and they are super nice.. The drop off was easy to find. The lot was clean and safe. We didn't like dropping the keys into the mail slot as we were worried about someone reaching in for the keys. A safer key drop would be super. Other than that, this location was easy and the online check in was very self-explanatory. Oh...a note on the door telling people to go online to do their equipment check in would be helpful. We eventually figured it out, but not everyone will.

Joseph ROscar was great. He helped stayed a few minutes when he was needing to get out the door for a doctor appointment and helped me deal wiht bringing the wrong size trailer hitch.

STEPHANIE PThe UHaul App is absolutely terrible. Multiple crashes, terrible navigation and layout. Ultimately the website is more user friendly, more reliable, and easier to navigate. In addition, the Uhaul policies regarding fuel charges is outrageous. Makes absolutely no sense that I’m already paying for insurance, Use and fuel and then I get charged per mile on top of that! I am extremely dissatisfied! Also not too mention that Uhaul (the most notorious moving company in the US) doesn’t support military members. Absolutely crazy!
