the issue wasn't in Ainsworth. It was that the truck was supposed to be in Valentine NE that wasn't there and then we had to drive 45 miles further east to pick up a truck. That was the problem!!!!

I did not get to pick up the trailer in the place I preferred. I had to make an 85 mile round trip to pick up the trailer. I was told I would get a $50 rebate and did not get it.

This may be the only spot to drop in this location. You should do an inspection of the facilities and make them do a general cleaning. I think it is in danger of burning down. I have pics to send if you want to see it. Come on UHaul, get some quality control on your contractors.

When I stopped to pick up the UHaul, the guy that was there didn't know how to run the computer very well and it took us an hour to get all the information in the computer. When I got to where I was going, everything in the trailer was covered with snow. Why bother renting the UHaul? I was very disgusted with the whole experience and am not in a rush to do it again, I sure don't feel that I should have had to pay full price to have all of the furniture covered with snow. I also think that it is not right that you get a discounted rate for pulling the trailer back to the original location instead of leaving it where you unloaded, it looks to me like it would be more wear and tear on it pulling it back to where it was picked up.
