I didn't have a smart phone so I had to go online at home to try and figure out where to put my mileage. I left it in a note since it wasn't clear where to include the final mileage. It worked though. Thanks The truck was so big we got everything in one load.James F.

Your Uhaul app does not work! Would not pull up my location to sign in/out, and yes, I had location set to "allow". Incredibly frustrating. If it wasn't for the helpfulness at Ace, I would give your company a 1 star.ROLAND B.
The computer system wasn't working correctly at pick-up and I was asked redundant questions that I already filled in on my pre-checking on-line. Also, when I dropped off the trailer, I was told to just unhitch the trailer around back. I came in for some sort of written confirmation, but the clerk just said "You're good to go." I would have preferred written confirmation that I had returned the trailer so I would not be held responsible if it was later stolen.David R.

The truck I rented had two unserviceable tires. I lost half a day in Saltlake city getting them replaced. The people were wonderful The equipment not . Second time for bad equipment. Will have to be in desperate straits to rent from uhaul again.PAUL G.

They rented us a truck with oil all over the floor because the previous renter hauled engines they told me they pressure washed it but it was so slippery that u could not walk on the truck...I will not be recommending u -hail or using them again which trying to call customer service Was a joke to a whole hour on hold to talk to some one and no one answered..please don't do this to anyone elseJORDAN C.

Employees were late and rude upon arrival. When asking if I had an appointment (which I did) that did not matter as people with out an appointment were able to be service before me. Even though it was well after my scheduled appointment time due to their late arrival. Overall it is a great place with nice staff other than the rude employees who attended to my needs. The equipment was not looked at and the employees did not do their job inspecting the trailer to make sure I had it right. (Not that I needed it. I've been hauling trailers for 15 years for a living) but if I was inexperienced it could have been a disaster.TYLER L.

I originally had a 10 foot reserved. Somehow they rented it out to another person. It seemed they had some computer issues. They did upgrade me to a 15 foot for the same price though. All in all pretty easy experience. Definitely will use again should the need arise.STEPHEN M.

Scheduled 1 1/2 weeks in advance to pick up the truck in my college town, uhaul called me day of and told me i would have to drive all the way to my hometown to pick up my truck and do a round trip instead of a one way trip. There was no place closer to my college town that had a truck i could pick up, so I had to take 3 hours out of my already busy day to drive to my hometown and back just to get the truck. while i did receive some extra miles free of charge, i had to pay much more in gas for a round trip.JOEL V.

I had a confirmation 20256955 for pick up on Saturday - when I arrived van was not there and when trying to check in online - app would allow me to check in - called U-Haul customer service was on hold for ever - once contacted call was disconnected. Canceled reservation 20256955 and placed another reservation for the next day 20288364 for 6 am - got there to pick up truck via online checkin - again could not pick up truck at time requested and had confirmation- had to change reservation to pick up when location opened at 10 - once location open was able to complete online pick up - very disappointed and took way too much time!!!!!!Donna O.

By far my worst experience with UHaul. Our truck was not available at the requested time of our reservation because of another customers lack of responsibility to return the keys. We had our entire move planned out (to our first home mind you) and it was delayed almost 24 Hours. Additionally we were charged for Gas but we had just filled up across the street from the drop off. Overall, this was an exhausting, confusing, and repetitive process with little communication as we saw our plans ruined. We were very dissatisfied. How this situation is handled and taken by your custom service will determine if we ever utilize uhaul again in the future.DEVIN D.

Pickup and drop off were really easy. Online registration was fairly simple except that I was asked to enter my drivers license information three separate times. Not a big deal. Truck was as advertised. Directions were clear. Very good overall experience!Susan S.

The trailer of the truck was open and not cleaned out when I picked up. The actual self pickup process was far too complicated and took almost a full hour. The verification was unacceptable, it was requiring information I didn't have and it wasn't clear it would require a passport, lease info, or company information. I will most likely explore other truck rentals in the future due to the procedure, the actual customer service representatives I interacted with did well, but the system is god awful. I waited for almost an hour in 85 degree weather trying to figure out how to "pickup truck" when it kept just taking me back to the main menu.Johnathan H.
