How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf it weren’t for Dusty, this could have been a miserable experience. The app for check in and return was a mess! It locked up consistently. Dusty helped us every step of the way. She manually took care of checking in and out, and went above and beyond to assure us it would all be taken care of. The truck was practically brand new and worked great!
MaryAnn ZMake sure the app is working properly when customer returns the truck after hours.
Shilanda MThere was a glitch in the system and my reservation got canceled by mistake. The sales lady went above and beyond and got it taken care of. She saved my wedding day. Great customer service 👏
Margaret FDottie was terrific, very patient and professional!
