DENNIS SAbsolutely terrible customer service. I picked up the truck with approximately 1/4 tank of fuel. Before returning it, I specifically stopped and PUT FUEL IN THE TRUCK so it would be returned at the same 1/4-tank level. I have the fuel receipt showing exactly when I purchased the fuel. Then I get hit with a $30 fuel charge because they claim the truck was returned below 1/4 tank. I called the store expecting this to be a simple mistake that could easily be corrected. Instead, the manager couldn't have been more dismissive. Her response was basically, "I have a picture showing it below 1/4 tank," and she showed absolutely no interest in the fact that I had a receipt proving I had just put fuel in the truck. Here's an idea: If you're going to charge customers for returning a truck with less fuel than they received it with, SHOW THE FUEL GAUGE AT PICKUP AND COMPARE IT TO THE FUEL GAUGE AT RETURN. A picture of the gauge AFTER I returned it means absolutely nothing without documentation showing where the gauge was when I received it. Apparently, though, it's easier to slap a $30 charge on someone's card and dismiss them when they question it. The $30 isn't going to ruin my life. It's the principle. I returned the truck, put fuel in it, have the receipt, and still got charged. Then when I tried to resolve it like an adult, the manager acted like my concern wasn't worth her time. If this is how you handle a simple $30 dispute, I certainly wouldn't trust this location with a larger billing problem. Keep the $30 if it's that important to you. You've guaranteed that I'll take my future business somewhere else—and hopefully this review saves someone else from having the same experience. Take pictures of EVERYTHING when you pick up and return a truck here. Apparently, you'll need them.
