The people were very friendly! The website and app did not work well for pickup—after spending 15 minutes trying everything we could think, including asking for help from employees and re-taking all the photos multiple times, the form to report the condition of the rental at pickup would still not submit. I ended up having to send U-Haul an email with that information.

I didn’t deal with anyone at this location and had to call the U-Haul 800 number multiple times. The help on the second call seemed frustrated with taking the call and helping us. Other than that, the experience went ok. Note, the Brownsburg location is a very nice store. U-Haul phone support not so great.
Tod AApp didn’t work for pickup and on site team said they couldn’t help. App wouldn’t upload pictures and therefore not allow me to take next steps in rental. Eventually changed to web version and it worked but took 30 extra minutes to figure out. Truck parking location was difficult to take pictures so I had to move truck to area where there was nothing else around for 100’ to get clear view. I’ll never use the app again and never rent from that location.
