The web and van publicizes that you can rent via the app, unfortunately when we got there I still had to show our credit card and drivers license. Unfortunately the ability to rent off the spot and online is diminished by having to checkin and wait for the traditional process.

The guy overcharged me the gas fee. I added the gas before the return. It doesn't show at the gas meter. I emailed the transaction from my credit card. I don't get any response for half a month. The guy was lying to me that he wasn't at this location when I was outside this location and trying to dispute this charge. This guy doesn't speak good English.

The truck was dirty. Had to clean it before I could use it. I also could not leave my car at the location. I was told there was no place for me to leave the car.

I have rented the moving with truck, 2 utility dollies and furniture pads. I have no Uility Dolly nor urniture pads on my self pick-up ready at 8am when I picked he truck! I had to waste time and money in finding two dollies at 8:45 am. I'm asking to reemburse for Utulity dollies, furniture pads and milage due to this issue at the self-pick up at 2600 NW 39 Ave. Miami.

I recommend them 100%. They were very kind and helped me a lot when I needed to go to Orlando. They helped me put my car on the trailer and anything else I needed to be on in my way. I'm more than satisfied with BSafe Miami.
