I rented a storage unit from this facility for nine months. After paying my rent, I was informed that I still owed $10.00. I was informed that there was a rate increase that I was sent a email about two months prior. I never received any type of communication that there was going to be a rate increase. Had I received such a notice it been notified, I would not of had a problem. I was also informed that I would now have to pay a late fee of $10.00 in addition to my $10.00 increase. I questioned why I should have to pay a late fee on a rate increase that I was not aware of. I was told by the extremely rude “District Manager” that they sent out notices via email two months prior. Mind you, I had spoken to the staff on a few occasions during this timeframe and not one person informed me or even mentioned the rate increase to me until after I paid my rent for that month and then they locked me out for not paying the additional $10.00 and the $10.00 late fee. I asked to speak to the Owner and the “District Manager” told me that she would not give me the Owners contact information. After a Google search, I found out that the “District Manager” had the same last name as the Owner. I contacted another location and asked if I wanted to leave a message for the Owner to call me if they were responsive. I was assured that they would get the message and that yes, they were very responsive. I never heard another word. I will never do business with this business again nor will I ever refer or recommend their facilities to anyone. Please note that it wasn’t the $10.00/month increase that was the problem, it was the manner in which it was handled and the lack of Customer care. This past year was hard enough without companies like this treating their Customers so poorly.Carey B. | Overall Experience

Since I had to wait and hour just to pick up my U-Haul I refused to refill the tank to where it was at. I only drove about 50 miles so it wasn't much but my refill charge was $12. I hate being petty but it's bull shit that on the day I made my reservation your systems where down and I had to rush my move and alter plans all within a small window of time that I had to work with. I should be getting a fucking discount for what my time is worth, it sure as shit isn't $12/ hr but I'm willing to calm down on this matter if you reimburse that fuel charge. You made a stressful day worse because of your system problems. If I don't receive an email or phone call regarding this issue promptly, I with be calling customer service with full rage, and they don't deserve to have to deal with it. Thank youEvan C.

The lady who helped me at this location was much more accomodating However i was told i had to go pick up the uhaul and deliver it back to the orginal location Which i had communicated with the orginal location i intended to do, have message to prove the exchange, wasted a whole lunch break driving out there only to find out they had already charged my car for all the overages and did not communicate between locations so not only did i waste a trip, I wasted my time and gas when all it would have taken was a phone callMelinda M.

Brake lights did not work and found that out in a freeway traffic jam with a truck driver screaming at me to get off the road with the unsafe truck I was driving. I then used my emergency flashers every time I stopped because they did work which seemed strange to me. I thought the emergency flashers were the same light as the brake light. Went for preinspection. Lady never physically went out to make sure my truck had proper wiring or ball hitch. When we hitched up trailer, took several attempts to get trailer hooked up. When we tried putting car on the transport the hitch popped off causing damage to my truck.cathy J.

The truck was not customer ready. Saturday was a bad weather day. The doors were covered with ice. The only staff onsite was the desk clerk. When asked where the maintenance man was at - we were told he was elsewhere. We had to poor water on the doors to get the ice off. No gloves were offered to my son. His hands were blood red instantly. The truck would not start. The desk clerk did not know where the battery was located. We had to use jumper cables ourselves to ge it started. We had to jump the truck off several times throughout the move causing us a half day of down time. This situation was not the fault of the desk clerk. These issues are the responsibility of the management of this facility. Very bad service!RHONDA K.

From what the representative told me they had three other locations in the area and I had to go to the furthest one out of town. That was an inconvenience for me when I could have gone right down the street if they would have transferred the trailer to the other location.
