Rose was outstanding, she was kind, helpful, understanding and funny...She even liked The "Western Channel" just like my husband. We felt welcomed from the get go. We were new to the rental idea and changed our contract several times at 1st, but Rose didnt mind one bit...She always sent confirmation email meach time. We rented 4 trucks from her and went the extra mile to give us the best deal, even by calling the main Uhaul Rentals for us.... Each Time we came we were greated by her wonderful smile and positive attitude.... We were sure glad it was a great experience...because haul 4 Uhauls at different times sure got to be exhausting... For a long distance move, it would be appreciated if Uhaul provided a truck with cruise control to avoid fatigue.

JOSEPH FWe picked up the truck before normal business hours which went fine, except that the rented moving equipment had not been placed in the back. Luckily, they opened early and the owner was very accommodating, It had been a cold stretch of weather, so the truck had a slow start, but after a 20 minute drive, ran much better. I would suggest that UHaul dealers start and clear snow/ice off trucks to ensure the reliability. We have rented trucks for moves at 3 times in the last 4 years. Always a good experience and would highly recommend for any need of a larger vehicle.

ADAM DWe delivered a vehicle here back in December so I decided to choose this location as the pick-up place for this most recent rental. Personally, I find it very easy to use the app as I think it's pretty outstanding. However, this time things got a bit confused when I started in the app but Rose(?) also started in her computer. Had that not happened, I trust things would have gone even more smoothly. She's a nice person and it seems her family helps her out with things (both times). This isn't a big lot with many, many vehicles as you might see other places but it served our needs fine both times. Take care -
LINDA GThis has nothing to do with Bubbas & Rose or the service they provided, but the pickup process was horrific. U-Haul not only changed our pickup location and the time of pickup, but they also didn’t have the right size truck that we had ordered. The UHaul representative called me the day before pickup to notify me of the address change due to the fact that the 26’ was not available at the first location, but it would be available at the second location. But then we showed up, they didn’t have the 26’. We weren’t able to fit all of our belongings in the 20’ so now we have to rent a second UHaul to get the remaining items back. We moved across the state, so now we have to go back to get the rest of our stuff AND pay for a second uhaul. Bubba & Rose was so apologetic and amazing and it is 1000% not her fault by any means. She did everything she could to ensure that we were taken care of.

RYAN BUnfortunate that the owner had a medical emergency. Given the state of the signs, it had been a few days so I had to use U-Haul’s 800 number traffic services. They were very helpful and were able to upgrade me when the location owner did not leave a key for the correct equipment. Probably should have arranged a redirect to another location in advance or Have the correct equipment available but it all worked out.

Eric SWhen we arrived the location smelled very bad. There was garbage and stuff everywhere. When we walked in, the person at the front desk was sleeping. It was a large women in a lazy boy chair who was snoring. We exited the building and had to check out online. Not a good experience at all. I tried to pick a different drop off location but that was changed. I am overall not satisfied with this at all. BOTH locations were changed even though I chose both of them.

Brian DEquipment was clean but not great truck. 1) Left mirror vibrated so violently that approaching vehicles were just a blurry blob. 2) Right side windshield moulding came loose and flew off. 3) Truck was underpowered and got 1 1/2 mpg than the previous rental. Same load. Same route. 4) Right wiper rubber did not wipe satisfactorily. 5) Web reservation system is geared to sell but the right hand is completely ignorant of the left. Truck pickup was in Wausau WI but the 40 moving blankets were not there as promised and we had to drive 20 miles away to get only 24. Not a good experience at all. Making sales when you can't deliver is inexcusable. On the plus side all your local location personnel were courteous and tried to please but is obvious that upper management have little regard for the customer.

Bill VLot was not cleared of snow. Vehicle was not cleared off from snow. I had to shovel a path to the rental truck and clear all the snow off of the unit. The snow had stopped 24 hours in advance of picking up the unit. Other businesses lots had already been cleared. Reservation was made a week in advance. I should not have had to shovel out the unit and it should have been ready for pick up.

Melissa Sthis place is a dump. mobile check in and check out would not work. wasted a hour here while establishment was on phone with uhaul. couldn't pickup the truck I reserved cause it showed it was not returned ? eventually got my truck . mobile checkin/out needs a overhaul. I request a refund/reimbursement for all my troubles
chad lRose was pleasant but unable to get my equipment in a timely manner. I arrived around 4:30 pm but wasn't able to get the keys until 5:30pm. She was asleep when we got there but couldn't move around well or figure out the locks. She had to call someone to get the correct combination. She needs help with this aspect of her business. Very sweet though.

PAMELA BRose and Bubba are great folks to deal with. This is the third Uhaul rental or return we've done at their shop and they always have things ready to go. The only issue was with the back roll up door on the truck, it sticks a little, but we were made aware of that and shown how to get it rolled up and down.

The place we dropped off the truck had an obdunce of trucks. Seems like there should be a better method to even out supply. We were almost going to have to drive 40 minutes to get a truck that we had already reserved.

HEATHER MBubba did not complete the hook up. Just down the road the trailer bounced off the hitch due to it not being tighten down. Rose didn't seem to have a clue as to where to find people's reservation or how to navigate the u haul system.

gerald wThe location was dirty and the people were very unfriendly. I was more of an inconvenience to them. The lady behind the counter informed me that she was making no money off my rental. I paid extra for assistance with hook up and ended up having to lift the trailer and do it all myself because the lady was in a motorized wheelchair and her husband was having health issues. The trailer lights on the right side did not work, so they told us just to use hand signals since we were just using it in town. When I returned the trailer, I had to unhook and set up on my own as there was no one there that was physically able to assist me. When I dropped off, the lady was having a hospital bed delivered. This place is very dirty and sketchy.

HARINDER GI cannot give any recommendations for improvement at this time. I was 100% satisfied with this rental experience from start to finish. All my questions and concerns were handled from the local truck rental company that I chose. I will go back there in the future for further truck rentals.
James ZYou shouldn’t switch peoples chosen locations when they schedule a pick up for equipment. I chose Bubbas. Got there and when they had no reservation had to wait for them to call and have it changed from Weston. They had everything I needed. They are closer. I chose them. Why would I want to waste time and pay mileage to get it elsewhere? Apparently they had someone come in the day prior and said they missed his reservation the day before, and was quite angry. His location was changed to a diff location as well, Bubbas didn’t know to have this guys truck ready…he didn’t look at his reservation confirmation either….because WE CHOSE BUBBAS ourselves. The only person that bothered me that day was uhaul themselves, as I had to wait for you guys to switch my res back, and the truck/trailer wasn’t ready for pickup because they didn’t have the reservation IMADE.
