Eric S.When we arrived the location smelled very bad. There was garbage and stuff everywhere. When we walked in, the person at the front desk was sleeping. It was a large women in a lazy boy chair who was snoring. We exited the building and had to check out online. Not a good experience at all. I tried to pick a different drop off location but that was changed. I am overall not satisfied with this at all. BOTH locations were changed even though I chose both of them.
Destinie J.Unfortunately because of the issues with the pickup I would not recommend you all unless they can deal with a live person when picking up and dropping off.
