Hard to find the drop off location, not enough signage, saw the trucks so figured it out There was no dedicated space just handed the keys to the cashier from the store

The process was long. The agent explained there were technical difficulties all weekend. When they called a supervisor for assistance there was no response. U-Haul needs to streamline the process.
