STEPHEN LPam was excellent. She was struggling with the U-Haul. Download information contract but continue to look after the rental agreement. This is a great location but needs way more product. Very scarce I needed a 26 footer or a 15 footer and they did not have it ,Pam informed me that she reached out to U-Haul, but no one returned her message. I would rent again only because of the hard work by Pam U-Haul needs to be better.
Keith pPam gave great service. Flexible. Prompt. She understood the (somewhat convoluted) UHaul system and clearly explained about how UHaul makes you take pictures of everything using their link. So, this isn't in the control of this location, as it is UHaul police but it is a case of the increasingly common issue of "no smartphone, no service" if you don't have signal or forget your phone. I would definitely use this location again. 10/10. Thank you, Pam!

Jason DHard to find the drop off location, not enough signage, saw the trucks so figured it out There was no dedicated space just handed the keys to the cashier from the store

Randy DThe process was long. The agent explained there were technical difficulties all weekend. When they called a supervisor for assistance there was no response. U-Haul needs to streamline the process.
