I dropped off after hours, so I wasn't able to interact with any staff at this location. The drop-off area was crowded, I had to move some other trailers in order to make room for my drop-off. Not their fault... super-busy college back-to-school week in Bloomington! I'm glad to have had a convenient location to drop off my rental trailer.

JOSEPH RPick up in Muncie went well. Drop off in Bloomington was very disorganized and long wait time. We would not recommend the Bloomington drop off location.
Gregg AI got the truck with 7/8's of a full tank and returned the truck with a little over 7/8's of a full tank. I was charged for bringing the truck back with the gas tank under 3/4's of a full tank. I drove 14 miles total and put 2 and a half gallons of gas in the truck before I brought it back. The person who runs this place is dishonest. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

MARY HThe axel was noticeably off on the on the front wheels when first received. Made it exceptionally difficult to drive straight, which poses an extremely safety risk. Moreover, the vehicle engine was time-worn and clearly past its due date. Would not recommend.

Alex TReserved a 5x8 for 24 hours. Rents me a 5x9 open for 2 hours and 30 mins? Returned before open next day...18 hours ur gonna charge me for 2 days? Never again...that's unreal horrible customer service. How about the $50 rental guarantee??? Did u have my 5x8 o reserved for 24 hours? No

KIMBERLY MVery nice people and extremely helpful, they caught the bad hookup of car to dolly, Brookville Florida from Westley chapel that i drove extra miles to get it , so it was supposed to be safer . Could of been dangerous situation
DAVID BTruck was old and very loud and very used junky. Dolly drop offf point said trailer was not hooked up properly!! Was a strain to drive!! Everyone though was very helpful. Some kind of adjustment was in order I think. The dolly had tail light was (I was thankful they caught it ) out and had to go to Brookville Fl pick up a different trailer a loss of our of our planned departure time three hours.
DAVID BWe reserved a 15-foot truck and had to accept a truck nearly double the size. Most of my possessions are damaged. The pickup process was simply.

DEREK HBroken rubber rails in trailer from previous uses. They had a few trailers in the size I needed, why not give me one in better shape?? Or was this the best available? If I chose a different trailer then she would have changed the paperwork and would have taken longer.

MARK WThere was only one person to address a long line of people. She attempted to be very helpful. She was very polite, but there were too many people coming to this location. She mentioned that the computers for U-Haul were also experiencing difficulties.
John SBooked a long way in advance knowing it would be busy got a call day before telling me all the 15 ft trucks had extended their rentals ummmm Had to move to another location Truck served its purpose it was older , only 12 v chargers should provide a usb adapter that fits Manual locking and inability to control passenger window all irritating but not first world problems Had to stop and clean windows and mirrors and each was dusty Back of the truck had some leaves and a bottle cap

ROY FThey were late to open, they were supposed to open at 9 am. We had a 9:30 pickup time. We had an appt to pickup food for our pantry at 10 am. It was literally blocks away.

Luis CThe location was great but the truck rental pricing is getting so high that you can nearly buy a used truck or trailer for only a little more. The truck not having cruise control is downright cruel. I've had cars without cruise control, it's not that I can't travel without it, it's that the seating position of these trucks makes for severe knee pain having to modulate the throttle for hours on end. It eventually got bad enough that I had to start left foot braking as my right knee hurt too much to twist to the brake pedal. I won't be renting a truck again. I'll go buy a used box truck or trailer and save significant money in the long run. I was also double charged for the "coverage" in case of an accident. Keep watch of your receipts. I'll be in touch with U-Haul soon to get a refund for the extra charge.

JAMES CThe man was very nice and helpful with unhooking the trailer. The office does not have a sign outside that says Buck Rentals, however there are a bunch of uhauls so I assumed I was at the right place. It is just a little office inside of a Midas shop.
KEVIN EI reserved a 15ft box truck on February 7, 2025...two weeks away from when I wanted it. In the following two weeks, no one...I mean no one at Buck Rental lifted a finger to ensure a truck was available when I wanted it. That is extremely poor customer service.
