Did not have time to provide return service. Office staff rude and acted as if I was bothering them. Told me they would perform return paperwork at later time and email it to me. I left with no way of proving I returned equipment. Yard help was fine.

The gentleman that checked us back in was super nice!
Amy AThe gas level that was stated to a quarter of a gallon according to their paperwork. But when getting into vehicle the gas level was so low the gas light was on.
Jessica HIt took an hour to pick up this UHaul because this location didn’t make sure everything was ready to go prior. We were originally going to rent a dolly, however, they didn’t have any available. Lack of preparedness is the reason we would never rent from this location again.
Bryan WI had a wonderful experience! Ryan was helpful and informative, the location was clean, the equipment was in good shape and well maintained. I would recommend this location to any of my homies lookin to move.
