Person we worked with didn't checkt the lights before we left. Some of the turn signals/brake lights didn't work. He also forgot to give us the blankets we paid for. We had to go back to get them.

Did the self check in but did have a question and no one was in the lobby to assist. Not a big deal overall. I would rent from here without hesitation. Overall good experience.

Lawrence WWe waited at the desk for at least 20 minutes with no one in front of us before anyone came to help. They are servicing cars there and possibly short handed but not acceptable customer service. Once waited on, the guy was very nice & knowledgeable. This location was not where we originally reserved our trailer but due to that place not having the inventory, it was already an inconvenience for us in time/miles even before we got to Bucks.
William PUhaul called and changed my reservations and made everything a complete nightmare. They changed my location from my original booking only to not have the truck and change it back. Doing so messed up my movers we paid for and created unnecessary stress. Absolutely awful experience with uhaul completely out of the specific vendors control.
