So, the people weren't helpful as there were no people. There's a key box and a bunch of equipment. I walked all the way to the back of the area and no one was there. I guess with the app, you don't really need anyone anymore - so, if you don't need to talk to someone - great place.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou tried to make me deliver the trailer to a location that was 46 miles away-one way. That is ridiculous! There are at least 6 locations within 5 miles. I had to call around myself to find a place when you gave me NO options. Be better. Do better. You are a disappointment.
DANIEL MExcellent!
charles sThis location ended up saving my whole move because they had a truck. The original location called me 10 minutes before my reservation and told me they didn’t have a truck. I’m moving seven hours away and had everything lined up dependent on getting that truck.
Lora HI dropped off the van on Labor day, so I can't comment much on this one. My only complaint is that the website said they were open, and there was a sign in the window that made them look open, when they were not open.
