This location ended up saving my whole move because they had a truck. The original location called me 10 minutes before my reservation and told me they didn’t have a truck. I’m moving seven hours away and had everything lined up dependent on getting that truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off the van on Labor day, so I can't comment much on this one. My only complaint is that the website said they were open, and there was a sign in the window that made them look open, when they were not open.
John DThe box rattled no matter how slow or smooth the road was. No walk bord. No dolly. 150.00 pluss fule for 4hrs is steep. Guy at front desk was no help. But the guy trained for U haul was great. It got the job done!TY.

Michael FHonestly, this entire U-Haul experience was one of the absolute most irritating things I’ve ever dealt with, and it cost me an all-in-one washer dryer. I had set up buying the washer from an individual near Sale Street in Ellettsville and initially reserved/rented a truck and appliance dolly at the Mini Storage Mall location just down the road. I wasn’t able to obtain a truck from this location because they didn’t have any staged & available and the location was unstaffed (mobile pickup/drop off does no good in this instance). The rep I spoke with to resolve this issue was pleasant and accommodating, no complaints there. The rep was able to make another reservation at a location across town for the same thing, a truck and appliance dolly. Already an hour late to pick up the washer, I drive over there (Buck’s) while I’m on hold with the rep as he’s getting things switched. Everything gets switched, I get the new reservation, get the key from the locked box, and start checking the truck out. The truck itself seemed fine, but when I opened the back there was no dolly. This location was staffed so I went in to ask if they could provide a dolly; the gentlemen were all very nice, but there was NO appliance dolly. Two truck rentals, two locations, no dolly, and close to two hours late to pick up the machine later, I ended up having to cancel everything - both rentals and picking up the machine. The machine sold the next day and I still don’t have a way to do laundry in my home :-/
