I recommend that anyone in need of the services offered by U-Haul contact and do business with them over any other operator in the Ontario Mansfield Bucyrus area. I took the time to write this review in thanks for a stellar experience.

Joseph YThe manager went out of his way to come all the way to Ashland where we were suppose to pick up truck, but Noone was there to give us key, mobile check in was not working. He was so helpful and we switched service contract to him and I will always go there from now on, and tell all my friends. Thank you again for everything.

Joseph YMy truck either had no windshield wiper fluid, or the sprayers were frozen shut. I had a very scary drive from Mansfield to Cleveland with no way to clean my windshield.
Arielle CIt was not the place that we picked it up. I live in Galion and had to drive clear to Mansfield. Once again to get a truck now I spent more on mileage than I did on the actual truck. This is absolutely ridiculous that there was another dealer just right up the street from the one we picked up that had at least at least 10 to 15 local trucks sitting there not doing anything yet you could not transfer one of them over to Galion so I wouldn't have the extra 30 Mile that I had to pay for I will consider a different place for my moving experience if I decide to move again

Douglas FThe location is a poorly kept thrift shop. There are no moving supplies. The guy that handled my rental agreement was not very cordial and pushy. I don't recommend this location and I will not ever use this location again.

Joseph YIt was not cleaned when I received it it was below a half tank an I put 40 dollars I'm it before I returned which placed it right almost on half a tank I sweated out an cleaned front an was charge for gas an other things I got ripped off

Dwight FEverything was good for the most part. The van that I rented wasn't quite full on gas (a little below full,) but I returned it full. Also, the storage area of the van still had some wetness in it (I'm assuming from the previous renter.) It wasn't bad, but noticeable.

DOUGLAS FThat van was a death trap. Steering wheel had a massive wobble at highway speeds and the brake rotors were extremely warped making for dangerous stopping,. For only having 35k on the odometer mechanically speaking that van was in horrific condition, even the steering wheel itself was disgusting. Easily the worst rental I've had from uhaul.
