DONALD JEverything went fine until the owner, Craig, went to assist me with getting the 6x12 trailer setup and connected to my hitch. He was friendly and courteous and helpful, until he struggled with faulty equipment. He was checking to make sure the rear trailer lights worked properly and was having some trouble getting the lights replaced. After struggling with them, he then went to detach the trailer from my hitch, and so he lifted the tongue up and off the hitch, and then forcibly threw it back down, and the tongue slammed down on my hitch, TAKING A CHUNK OF METAL OFF THE HITCH! When I got out of the car and checked on him, he played it off like it’s fine, it’s not a big deal and he walked away. The tongue missed my bumper by less than an inch. He seems like a nice person, but I don’t think this was his best day as a U-Haul broker.

THOMAS GI’ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from a store owner. From the moment I walked in, their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. I simply asked a question about a product, and the owner responded with unnecessary sarcasm and made me feel like I was a bother. No customer should be treated this way. I will absolutely never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.
