I opted for mobile pickup. The App was a nightmare!! We have to spend 40 mins to pickup the truck due to U-Haul APP issue. It asks my headshot when I upload it loads and loads for several minutes but nothing happens. Gives a warning message that the size of the photo is large 🤷🏻♂️. Luckily I have my friend with me and he has an android. It worked with Android!! Same issue while returning. Does not take odometer photos. But worked when I used my friend android phone. What if i don’t have android?
