I chose “will decide which location “ to turn in and was not given that option. Took to the Uhaul closest to me and was told we couldn’t leave it there due to the very empty lot being full. Given another address and took it there to a lot that had NO place to park the truck. Very frustrating.

Belinda SGas tank cover was broken when I picked up the truck. Once I noticed this, I tried to find an employee to report the issue to, but after several minutes of looking, none was available I took photos of the time I picked up the truck documenting this issue. Connectivity issues did not allow me to finish the check-in process. Photos of all four sides of the truck and interior were taken at the time of drop off and are available if needed.
