Trailer was picked up with a large lag screw in the tire. Obviously wasn’t thoroughly inspected at drop off nor inspected prior to rental.

When picking up, the trailer was parked against another trailer, requiring me to push it forward, with the agent's help, before I could lift the trailer tongue onto my hitch. The electrical hookups worked initially, but by the time I had reached my outgoing destination (2.5 hour drive), the tail lights no longer worked, which was also indicated by my vehicle dashboard notification. I attempted to reattach the tail light connector/extension, with no effect. I noticed that the wiring harness on the trailer itself had a large section loosely wrapped with black electrical tape, so was it a slipshod repair that failed? (Likely.) I had to make the return drive in the dark in a rain storm with no trailer tail lights. I am glad I was not pulled over or experienced any traffic issues because of the failed tail lights, but I certainly could have had either. You can do better.
WARREN SPick up and drop off was easy as fuck. The lady in the store was nice cause we went and got some sodas and my daughter had her puppy and they sell animal shit. Yeah it was cool And smooth.
