How U-Haul Reviews WorkRequested an appliance dolly in my reservation, it wasn't present when I picked up my rental. This was a crucial tool in my move. I had to go and buy one since no uhaul in the area had one or had someone at the location to say yes or no. I am not a happy camper about this past weekend.
