Location to pickup was convenient. Issue was with uhaul, took 2 hrs and assistance from Buckner Thirftway employees just to process IDs and complete process for pickup, then uhaul system would not process pictures needed before leaving parking lot, had to send all to Thirftway manager instead, 2 hrs of frustration and delay before we could even leave with vehicle, do NOT recommend Uhaul for fast, efficient rental!

Have uhaul ready to use
Austin FI had to wait quite a while for the person to come in to check the truck out to me because he was out taking a morning walk. This was on top of having to pick up the truck at this location versus the location 15 miles away where I reserved the truck.
Lorelei SI got charged 87 dollars extra for a mess up on what I told the cashier at pick up. Got told cant do anything about it.
TRAVIS BSmooth ride! Must trucks I’ve rented have fowl odors but this particular truck was spotless and smelled like fresh flowers! Kudos to the owner of this rental location!! Thanks!
