Windshield was not clean. Truck had over 90,000 miles and engine ran rough. Driver side mirror would not stay in position and kept having to adjust it. Person at this location was friendly but location was dirty and run-down. I had requested a different pickup location and u-haul changed it the night before the pickup.

Says $20 for a day but ended up being $70. That’s ridiculous. The lady at the front desk was great though.

I dealt with the manager and she was extremely helpful and welcoming. She made the whole stressful experience, pleasant. I’m glad to have booked this location for returns. I will definitely be back.
