The location was OK put they could not help me with the $75 discount I am owed. I wouldn't recommend any Satellite location, not because of the personnel but because those business have nothing to do with moving and it is just an annoyance to them. As a customer you feel that. As far as the extra mileage I was supposed to get, that didn't happen and I had to pay an additional $12.19. U HAUL, IF YOU READ THESE REVIEWS, YOU WILL REFUND ME THE $75 + $12.19 TOTALING $87.19.

This was the worst ever experience I've ever had! I had just returned my rental and was making my way out the door. I am disabled and have difficulty ambulating. She came forcing me out the door. Screaming profanities at my son and telling us to get the f@#$ off the property. He did not see a sign to not smoke and was well over 25ft from the entrance. I told the "owner" he was with me. She told me she didn't care and called me a c$#% and continued to be aggressive and yell profanities. A simple "please don't smoke" would have been sufficient. It was the most unprofessional disgusting display I've ever encountered. I will never use these people again nor recommend anyone to subject themselves to the unprovoked hostility I experienced! In addition, I had added charges to my bill for things I didn't purchase.

SELENA AI had to hook up and then I’m hook up the trailer myself. No one helped. I am not an expert on hooking up trailers so I had no idea what I was doing or if I was doing it correctly.
STEPHEN HNo one was there for some time. The truck windshield was so covered in large bugs it was difficult to see. Once someone was available they were able to get me checked out quickly. This location was 5 miles further away than the one I selected which I was not happy about. It was in a sketchy location at a fleabag hotel with drug users around. Not a pleasant experience

AMBER HThe staff was extremely rude and acted as if I was doing them a favor for coming there. Refused to hook up the U-Haul trailer to the truck. The trailer chains were coated in oil or grease. When my hands were covered in it after hooking it up myself, they refused to let me wash them anywhere. The exterior of the truck was unwashed with the windshield covered in bugs. Interior was smelled of smoke and had not been cleaned. Floor between the seats was covered in a sticky substance—looked like a spilled pop, ash was on the console. I had to wipe down the console and floor to be able to my things in for the trip. I will never rent from this location again.
David BThis location did not have the starting mileage odometer correct on our unit so when we dropped it off the mileage was incorrect and wanted to charge me. I was not given any instructions or steps on the process at the pickup location.
KORIN BThe people at the location were very nice. The truck was "cleaned out" but the windows were horrid. I had to stop and wash them at the nearest gas station in order to continue to drive. And once I washed them as best I could, I noticed two chips in the windshield. I told the agent when I returned and that I would not pay for that damage. I also had to clean out the inside of the windows as all three interior windows had nose prints one them, assuming from a pet.

Anthony MThe guy at the Inn didn't know how to hook up the trailer, nor how to process my rental. I don't think it was his fault, though, he didn't seem to have gotten the training on how to do everything. Luckily, I have been trailering stuff for years, so I could hook up and get going. If Uhaul wants to continue to use locations like this one, they need to put more resources into staffing and training.
