EDWARD BOverall, it was fine, easy to get in and out of, but the windows and mirrors on the truck were so dirty I had to stop and clean them on the way home. Also, the cargo area was very dirty and had to be cleaned out before we could load the truck.

TIMMOTHY HSelected to pick up truck before hours. Lock box lock was gummed up. Took me a considerable amount of time to get key. I rented a dolly that was not supplied. Movers I contracted with hung up on me three times. Had to call service to remove and change companies. The night before move. Scheduled for 8 and they showed up at 915.
Brian HThe truck was not ready. It was not parked where it stated on the Uhaul app, and I had to call and get a code to a locked storage facility area to find the truck. The truck was dirty, and the furniture dolly was missing.

JOHNNY HWe rented two vans one on Fri NOV 15th, that visit went seamlessly. However when we rented on SUN nov 17th, we had extreme difficulty uploading photos onto app, since area was devoid of wifi signal. Secondly, our second van was filty, the driver window had a huge crack in the glass making it unsafe and was fifty from the previous user. It's apparent this was not monitored by the facility prior to release of renting. This location has a sticker on door that states opened everyday from 9am - .. however we were there until 10am awaiting for location to open which it never did. It seems this location needs to pick up their awareness and attention to detail. I hesitate to return to this location in the future.

FRANK REverything went smoothly, only thing that I can say that can improve is the system. It just had happened to crash when I went in but they took care of it even after I left and got my reservation! :)

LETHA ZThis location is by far the nicest facility I have been to. I love that I can pick the truck up before opening hours. The app makes it very easy to check out and head on your way. Definitely check this place out when renting a U-Haul truck.

Twissa OI had issues with the app checking in multiple times and it had switched me out of Self service to where I couldn’t pick up my vehicle. I had to call customer service to switch it back and when returning my truck, the app gave me issues again and did not let me finish taking, proper photos and threw me out of the

riley lThe app does not save time opposed to going to the front counter and getting a rental, it's actually faster to go inside a get a rental than using the app that has you doing a lot of steps.

Christian VLocation was great, customer service was amazing!! Very friendly and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed with was, I reserved a cargo van online the night prior and upon arrival, there was no cargo van available. Nonetheless, the representative helped me get the 10 foot box truck and though a tad more expensive, I had no issues. Thank you.
Demitri ASomeone was supposed to be onsite for my pickup per your dispatch that sent me to this location because the one I chose did not have the truck I needed. Our pick up was noon. When we got there at noon, there was a sign on the door that the person had left and would be back at 1:15. We tried using the mobile app, that was a disaster.

Gladys SI did not have the equipment I purchased in advance. I ordered a furniture dolly and a regular dolly. When I arrived, there was noone to help because I used the mobile app. Very frustrating because it was an extreme inconvenience.

Jose TThis uhaul location was wonderful! The uhaul experience itself was sub par, I rented a 9 foot box truck and used the truck share option because I wanted to pick up the truck super early as I live in Arizona and need to do moving as early as possible to avoid the 115° heat. I had originally made my reservation for 8 AM (and then changed it to 7am) but for some reason when I went to go pick up the truck, it stated my reservation was now 10 AM which I believe is what time the storefront open. After messing around on the u-haul.com/share website for about 15-20 minutes trying to figure out what the problem was and how to fix it, I gave up and had to call 1-800 U-Haul so they could fix it as I had already wasted so much time. The employees were able to help and fix the issue but this could’ve easily been avoided. TLDR- employees at the storefront upon dropping off we’re great, uhaul truckshare 24/7 option needs work.
