I booked the truck and blankets and a hand truck. Since our storage was right there. Went down to get the truck for the next morning. They first said they didnt have the truck we reserved. But didnt call us cause they forgot and laughed. They had no blankets or even a hand truck. They planned on sending us to another place to get the truck. Then they realized they had a bigger truck. So we asked if we could just leave the truck there and comeback. So we could the blankets and hand truck. They told us we had to take it with us. So we ran up the milage on it. This was the bull shit. Will never you that place again.
