The employees were nice and polite enough but we picked up the rental van, loaded it and as we were driving the AC was blowing out hot air (it was 114 degrees out). No way we could drive it in that heat. We went back to the rental place and they had us call roadside assistance which was an hour out. Then they canceled and scheduled for another hour out. We couldn’t wait two plus hours so just my husband and I unloaded everything into a different van. The employee “upgraded” us to a bigger van which really only cost us more in gas. A frustrating and HOT experience that wasted valuable time. Disappointed that more wasn’t offered in compensation for the extra labor and time lost. We have rented her before with zero problems so we are 50/50 on if we’d recommend this location to a friend or use them again. There are a lot of options in the area.
