The van we rented was filthy inside and out, thick layer of dust on the dashboard and it smelled old inside. There was no windshield fluid to clean the windshield. This was a new van with only 2300 miles on it and it looked like it was a year old and never cleaned. The manager did give us a discount but the condition of the van was unacceptable.
