Great customer service. Friendly and helpful.
VICKI MI reserved a furniture dolly and it wasn't in the truck and the location was closed for lunch. I left a message and it was not returned. The app also said someone would be calling me and U-Haul never called. Kind of hard to move furniture with a furniture dolly. Poor customer service.

KIMBERLY RThe truck cab was filthy inside when we got it. The rental was expensive. The place renting the truck is NOT open on the weekend and closes early to ensure their 20$ return after closing charge. I do Not recommend this place. I have used U haul many many times. This is not the norm. The people inside were pleasant.

The PVery small parking lot and they want you to do the work of backing it into the return spot and remove the trailer yourself. This was during business hours. I have never had to do their job when returning equipment while they were open.
ANGELA MI understand the new method of doing business is to channel customers to a website. However, for anyone needing additional information or assistance will find your website not helpful. I was so lucky and pleased to talk to your employees who were excellent.. Your employees were helpful and friendly to me, I was relieved to work with people who knew what they doing and understood that I needed additional guidance. My trip went well and I was comfortable knowing that I could talk to an expert if I needed help. Thank you.

FRANK BNever have blankets or furniture dollies when preordered on app. Do not use app to rent from this place unless it is just for renting the truck. The truck I was given, needs a mechanic to look at it. Brakes are grinding at stops, steering is loose and gear selector is wobbly.

wyatt wI had problems with the app closing before I was done with the process. This happened when picking up and dropping off truck. Support help was good and helped me complete process but app was frustrating.
Paul MI’m on the fence with you now. I’m not thrilled with having to use a much larger truck because you didn’t have any of the size requested. I was charged 40 dollars for being late 7 minutes, you only gave me 55 miles in the quote, your representative at the drop off was a little bit under skilled in the customer service department, and other than that it was okay. You asked.

Customer service was polite and helpful just a very frustrating situation…

Mathew TSuper tough location to drop off. There is no room to maneuver a trailer at all. There is an auto repair business next door that shares the parking lot, and is constantly jockeying cars around, which further complicates the issue. The day I returned the trailer I arrived at 12:20 PM, and they were gone to lunch until 1:30, but they made no mention of this when I called the day before. I ended up leaving, and coming back later to return it.
Wayne HChristie (sp?) the reservationist/desk clerk is probably the best customer service professional I have ever encountered! She should give lessons to other CSRs. You can tell she loves her job. It shows in her treatment of others.
tom sWash the windows, explain what the blue rectangle on the dash was about and don’t send out a truck that had no gas in it: 26 miles to empty.
HUGH FI picked up a U Haul that had an empty tank, before I could get to the nearest gas station the van ran out of gas. I had to walk 2.4 miles to the nearest gas station and buy a gas can. Not quite the best experience.

Spencer WWhen I returned the truck at the designated site, I then checked in online. The amount to be charged on my card was initially around $60.00, then it suddenly changed to $85.00. I don't understand the $25.00 difference in cost within a minute's time.
