App is absolutely the worst I have ever used. It took 45min to pick up and two calls to customer service. The first rep offered no assistance rather suggested going to a secondary location. The technical stuff Is a little frustrating for us old guys but the fact that I dropped it off after hours and they checked it back in when they opened is satisfying for meDavid D.
clean the vehicles inside and out between customers, and insure fluids are full. The pickup was dirty inside and out, and the windshield washer fluid was non-existent. Oil was marginal and dark.Roger P.

The customer service was very professional and helpful. The only thing that would of made it better was when I arrived in keizer after a long trip half way across America, I needed to keep trailer an additional day. When I rented it I ask if that option would be available in case my trip had any delays, the salesman assured me it would . But when I let the person at drop off site know I would need an extra day, it was denied and I was told it had already been reserved. My trip was very challenging and without any rest I had to go the day I arrived in to town to empty out the trailer in a couple of hours. I felt very let down putting me in a difficult situation. Absolutely exhausting. So I think if uhaul does not reserve an already rented equipment would greatly help the customer. Or if customer does need another day it should be a priority over a reservation. Or customer service rep. should let customer know the reservation of another will override their own need of additional time.SANDRA LEE J.
After renting the truck it took hours before we could use the truck someone had put a lock on the roll up door and no one seemed to know the code for the lock it took 2 hrs before someone came to help us. I even asked if we could get another truck but nobody seemed to care. I was told by the u-haul place that they would give me a $50.00 credit still have not seen it.Karen W.

The equipment was absolutely great no complaints whatsoever the place I rented it from which is in Keizer Oregon was absolutely unprofessional and rude I was to return my truck at 2:30 in the morning at that location and could not find the Dropbox for my key so I took it home and returned it the next morning the lady at the storage unit called and accused me of not taking the vehicle back when I tried to explain to her where it was parked she called me a liar so I left work 2 Double Check and it was sitting right where I said it was so I called her back and she tried to backpedal when I told her that I had dropped the key in the Dropbox that morning again she called me a liar I asked her to go look in the box right now and she said no she's already did and it wasn't there eventually she got up and looked and seeing indeed it was there but not once did she apologize completely rude and short with me I rented a U-Haul last month with no issues whatsoever at a different location and plans rent one every month from here on but to be treated the way she did and costing me part of a day's wages because she didn't go out and look in my opinion is uncalled for 100% I normally wouldn't write a report but someone needs to document how rude that lady was when we as a community are having enough troubles with the loss of many jobs and and the stress of not knowing if you can feed your family that week you would think someone like her who represents you all at U-haul would have a little compassion or at least not come right out and call a customer a liar when all she has to do is get up and walk outside of her building to lookCHARLES P.
The online system needs work! I was unable to check in on my phone either time even after checking the location services & restarting my phone. I had to use someone else's phone to get the truck picked up and when I took the truck back, my friend's phone couldn't get the app to work after trying the same â€œtricksâ€ the employee told us to try. Also, in order to get pictures of the outter sides of the truck after use, customers need a well-lit area at the location where they can take those pictures without other uhauls or vehicles parked within a few feet of the truck.renea B.

The lack of open business hours during the weekend and the lack of a WIFI signal made the drop off process very stressful. The answering service gave erroneous information regarding hours. A key box code that was supposed to be on the receipt was missing and the assumption that the check in process could be done without the above information or service is difficult for those without a smart phone. I usually rent from the locations that have weekend hours and will not use this site again because of the difficulties.Carol L.

Make sure that when someone has a reservation, the truck and trailer are actually at the location so that they don't have to waste their time and gas driving back and forth an hour each way to find the damn thing. It's not that fucking hard. Then I even had to drive back 40 minutes to pick up the trailer in a different city. Horrible experience. Will never use uhaul again.Kayla M.

The Covid-19 guidelines made this an unpleasant experience only because i got there 15 minutes early and was told the truck want there yet. It had not been tuned in yet, The worker was very unnecessarily curt, i felt reprimanded for try to be on time but came early instead.Daniel K.
