I spent 40 minutes trying to use your application to reserve a trailer. Your application kept getting stuck and hung up. I gave up and called your 800 number. The person who answered the phone told me there was only one left and it was on Lancaster Dr. in Salem, but the web site said there were several others. I called back and got a different person who said there was one in Kaiser. On the way there (1 1/2 hour drive), I tried to call and confirm that it would be there (in Kaiser). I was told that one was reserved for me, but not confirmed. The web site and the application were awful. The people that answer the phone don't know what's going on. I finally got to the Kaiser site. They did have my reservation. It was confirmed. The guy at the desk there was super nice and very helpful.

Put a light inside storage units. Very dark, and of freaks me out. Can't see anything inside unit unless you have a flashlight

The trailer was not located where I originally was to pick it up at 2:00. The alternate location closes at noon on Saturday so I had to drive an additional 40 miles round trip to pick it up at 11:00 am (the attendant wanted to leave early). I needed the trailer at 3:00 to pick-up my load. Thus 4 hours to kill or return home and make the trip twice. I wasn't allowed to return the trailer at a more convenient location for me.The whole thing seemed like a bait and switch affair.

Because of THIS WOMAN...i will NEVER USE YOUR SERVISES AGAIN!!!!! She walks out of this small building unannounced as to whom she is-- shouts something as to go check the truck out...i stayed where i was as she asked some questions as she went by about sweeping and fuel...which i NEVER get asked..no less not the nicest. She leads me to her building and tells me shes giving me wipes and i WILL go ckean up the floors in the cab. I am in shock because she is just --- with an attitude that doesnt fky with most CUSTOMERS- but she kets it slip out that the customer is never right...stooped that statment and said that the customer ME initialled the papaer saying it would be clean...and it was as as clean as I recieved this item...i proceeded to explain if she was actually looking...she would KNOW that the truck went mudding or something...mud behind as a layer.. But no clumps...LIKE it had been swpt out and just not scrubbed...she shoved the wipes at me and with attitude shoved me on to clean up a mess not mine... Let me tell you people...i have MS. And should never be demanded to do your work... I expect a call on this If not i will go and start talking to some people about the situation.

Yes, please pass on this notice to the corporate leadership! I notice there are no assessments questions regarding U-Haul Corp and their corporate morals or tactics of nickle and dimeing their customers with petty fees, i.e. the vehicle license recovery and environment fees, that shouldn't be passed on to their customers. U-Haul is a pretty profitable company with the ability to easily cover these petty costs w/o trying to punish their mostly lower class customers in stead of showing come civic and corporate responsibility. C'mon, show some leadership and you can even advertise your lower prices. A pretty cheap way to drive more traffic your way, (pun intended). Might even make a good ad campaign?

The truck I rented was awful it's not like cigarette smoke had to keep the windows down in the freezing cold to not smell like smoke myself

good experience, however, not all the equipment was available, even after having a reservation. I needed a dozen pads and was told they only had 1/2 dozen....I was not able to cover as much furniture as I needed and had to judiciously allocate the pads..as a result, I had some minor damage to a couple of pieces...this is something that needs to be taken care of better.....not the first time this has happened...
