Christi Gonzalez was helpful in every way, even going beyond what I expected. One suggestion I'd make is that your company staff check in with local managers before making changes. I almost had to needlessly change my pickup location.

Employees are great
Ramon LI think your app is difficult to use. I understand a lot of people appreciate using their phone to rent from you, however for some of us speaking to a representative is normal and comfortable. I am thankful I had a wonderful woman assist me; she went out of her way to get the vehicle I needed and explained everything I needed to know. Her name is Christi Gonzales, and she was outstanding!
GLORIA KA few issues getting through the after hours pickup on the app, but U-haul was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient and made it easy to pick up.
