You charged me for "Safe Move" I didn't elect. Please credit my card the $15.00. The odometer was not visible, so I didn't how many miles I drove. The tires needed air. The lock provided to lock the trailer was extremely hard to secure. I to rent a truck 2 more times but I will not be using you.
