I didn’t not have a great experience. I’ve rented with U-Haul before and this location wasn’t the best. The gas station clerk was not helpful and I believe I was charged more for what requested.

Just an unecessary struggle! to get a code when there were no clear instructions to find the key inside the store ! Horrible costumer service when I spoke on the phone with a representative! not so helpful and just overall a bad experience! To get the truck at the time we reserved! we went over the time cause the time to pick up took forever!! Regardless if being late or not!!!! just upsetting!!!
