I needed an trailer unexpectedly and this dealer made the process quick and easy. The dealer new I was in a hurry2uWilliam K.
Trailer was dirty, containing small metal screws, bolts, washers, and pieces of broken glass. Even included a glass boboche such as from a chandelier. The metal cord which controlled the rolling overhead door was frayed and completely broken, and consequently the door would not stay open unless I wedged something into the runners to deep it open. This was an obvious danger and safety hazard; the trailer should not have been rented out. I didn't discover these things until I had driven 25 miles home and opened the trailer to start loading it. The trailer had grease or motor oil all over the bottom of the trailer. We didn't know it until we got to our location 3 hours away. The trailer was slippery and we got back grease all over us and our products we put in the trailer. The grease got on our shoes and got tracked in our truck and our house.Kim M.

What Ed in hold for over 3 hours while renting equipment, and then when turning it in. Had to make a round trip of 50 miles to pickup equipment, Had to wait some 20 minutes for the manager to show up he was late to rent. equipment. Those operating the reservation system by phone were not very knowledgeable, and couldn't answer many basic questions.KEVIN W.

We dropped off the uhaul truck we rented at 11am on monday the 17th like our contract said and the person taking care of the uhaul rentals wasn't there to help us, the man in the office said he'd take care of it when he returned. We wasn't given anything to mote when we dropped off the truck, by the time the man put in our return we were charged for another day of rental. We called them once we seen we were charged for an additional day, but was told they'd see if the company would refund our extra day. We have yet to see a refund on those charges. My husband had to be to work by 3:30, so we dropped it off at 11 to make sure it was there on time before the 2pm return time noted on contract. Not the 4:54 it showed us dropping it off.Jennifer M.

Not have trucks that break down and then triple charge your customers money for delaying their moves and costing them money for not being out of their residence in a timely manner due to the truck breaking down. Not have an hour hold time to speak to a customer service representative. Communicate with your rental places instead of assuming they'll look at a spreadsheet to know why the truck wasn't returned in a timely manner. It had to be towed out of our driveway and to top it off didn't get towed til 2 am and it took an hour and a half arguing with the rental place to get a replacement truck. One of the best experiences I have received thus far with Uhaul. Very quick check out! The truck was extremely clean, which was surprising. The website wouldn't let me check the truck back in, but the young man who checked me out stated he would take care of it, which was AWESOME.Darrell B.

The online check in process is straight trash! Make it easier for a online check in or stop doing it all together. The most helpful person and best part of it all was the location itself, and the local rep. U-Haul as a company was a complete failure.Chris K.

The first truck I rented from Pearl's in Mount Washington for 730 am. No one was at the location to give me the keys so I had to call customer service so they could set me up with a new rental. Terrible service at the Pearl's location!STACY T.

When I arrived to pickup a trailer I reserved via the app, the agent couldn't log onto the haul web site for 10 minutes. Then they gave me an older trailer that leaked water and damaged my daughters dorm stuff. Also they did not give the opportunity and forms to inspect the trailer prior to leasing. Terrible experience!!!!! Still waiting on insurance to contact me.PETER F.

When they called to confirm, they told us we could pick it up anytime. We drove from AL and not only did they not have it but we had to wait 45 minutes over the scheduled time. Wasted 5 hours of our day.Joseph M.
