richard mProvide receiving site information of incoming trailers so they can be better prepared to have space available. And if possible, have alternate sites with less inventory come pickup trailers after customer has dropped them off at agreed upon site, so as not to affect the customer.
JOHNNY RI do not like that I was charged more for the rental than the cost that was used, plus I was charged an extra 20 on turn in when you already took more than I used. Everything is still pending so I will not be happy if the correct charges don’t post. I also chose self checkout plus talked to the person at location and had everything set up. Then corporate changed time of pickup so we were stuck waiting for location to open to get keys which put us behind schedule. There is a serious lack of communications going on between locations, corporate, and the customer. Plus everything was last minute when I booked in advance. I used to run my own location so I know these mistakes can be avoided. Thanks

rick tI'm sure if I had gone to Bull's Towing during their open hours it would have been different. I've never had a bad experience with Uhaul until this one. The location off Kempt in Wichita Falls failed to secure my 20' truck (they said two were stolen) so they sent me to Bull's Towing when they closed 5 minutes later. No worries, they have after hour pickup. Well Bull's Towing doesn't have any street lights or lamps so trying to see the truck number, or do the lock code for the truck is hard. Oh-- let's not forget that the after-hour pickup requires cell internet but that spot is probably 2G or 3G for Verizon customers. Not a complete dead-zone but bad enough to where it took 5 minutes to confirm my location. My real beef is with the Kemp street location. I reserved the truck 2 weeks ahead of time and they couldn't get me a 20' one, or something comparable. I'm pretty sure the person on the phone I spoke with didn't even look. Then there's the $50 reservation guarantee. Well when I asked about it, they said they'd look into it and I never got a follow-up. They just processed my bill with no $50.

Cory BI would not recommend UHaul or use it again. It is ridiculous that I was charged for 6 days of use when I only used the Uhaul for 3 days.
