I was not satisfied with the reservation made on line. When I made by my arrangement I was assured that I would have a dolly. When we I arrived at the location for my truck and was told they don’t have any Dollie’s available. They very seldom have dollies. The U-Haul in the next closest town didn’t have any either. The people on the reservation line need to get their stuff together. They don’t have any idea what is available at their location!

Jerome PPlace had a horrible smell of cat urine. Personal questions were asked that normally weren't asked at actual Uhaul stores in the past.
