Corey M.I'll be calling customer service. You basically charged me 7 times the amount for a car hauler to go 340 miles! I've used them at least four other times and get a 24 hour usage and it's always been $55 roughly. This time I go six hours away to pick up and drop off at my home area and you charged me $400 w tax basically. Never again will I use you guys. You've lost not only me as a customer but about ten of my friends and family!

These guys are very personable and professional- excellent representives of the U-Haul name.

Robert G.The establishment was closed on a Sunday so we had to use the mobile app to access the lock box. Unfortunately the app was not working. After multiple attempts trying to chat we finally were given a number to call. The U-Haul help desk number had a 55 minute wait time. After over an hour we were finally able to access it in the website which also gave errors multiple times logging In. Let saying the session had timed out.

Bruce S.One of the worsted U-Haul I very rented from!!! Spent 2 1/2 trying to pick up my rental. THESE GUY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS WITH U8HAUL! THEY SELL AND WORK ON BOATS!! NO TIME TO DO U-HAUL BUSINESS!! DROP THEM..... HIS BOAT COUSTERS CAME FIRST AND I HAD I WAIT --worst experience every!!

They did check it in for me because I couldn't get my app to work but they took the keys and told me they would take care of it later. Kinda of blowing us off at the same time.

Vicente G.While I loved the people at the Wylie location I was not happy that I was contacted an hour before my pickup to be told I had to drive 40 minutes away because the original location did not have my rental that I had reserved. This was poor service from Uhaul, but not the Wylie location.

Then they didn't have any moving pads available. Truck had a half tank of fuel. Took almost 1 1/2 hours to complete. Will not location again.

Kyle Q.Windshield had bugs on it. Was obvious had not been cleaned after last customer used it. Was handed keys and told truck was parked out there. So I took pictures of all 4 sides before leaving parking lot.
Carol B.Bunting Marine was great! The best! Uhaul sucked. The Uhaul website was the most horrible method of retail sales I have ever experienced. Their customer service call center makes me want to throw my phone. I will NEVER recommend Uhaul to a friend or a worst enemy. They moved my pickup spot and delivery location and never notified me of the change. They changed my contract. They provided NO help and in fact were EXTREMELY counterproductive.

Job T.Pickup location is muddy. If it rains then the customer has to walk in the mud to reach the truck, and the floor of the truck gets immediately dirty at the beginning of the trip.
