Pickup location is muddy. If it rains then the customer has to walk in the mud to reach the truck, and the floor of the truck gets immediately dirty at the beginning of the trip.Benjamin L.

What can I say it was a truck rental. 20 ft truck, did it's job. But... paid for a dolly, and when I got to the location, surprise no dolly, and they wouldn't credit it back at drop off. Unless it's fixed and addressed, I'd recommend somewhere else. Yes it's only like 13 dollars but adds up if it's done to me amongst others! Drop off said they would reach out to the pick up location to get that refunded and nothing. Bit disappointed, annoyed as I had to go purchase one since location wasn't open inside. (App pick up) so thanks, paid 13 for the dolly rental and had to go buy one for 60 and couldn't even get refunded my 13!!!!! Thanks, you can make it right by crediting me both costs! Will be leaving google reviews soon if not resolved.KYLE L.
None of the staff wore masks. It took a lot longer to get everything taken care of as they were having trouble with the payment system and had to call to get it fixed. They told me this happens quite a bit. The location is right off of a busy street and the entrance was muddy due to the rain.JASON H.

They changed my pickup and drop location to a place about 45 min away from my house. I reserved a trailer about 10 min away. The rental was 29.95 I ended up paying 83.95.... no explanation of why the price increase. Going to use Penske next time.Dennis B.
The trailer they gave had a leak and they mattresses I was moving arrived wet in one corner, plus They didn't have all the equipment on site so I had to call the reservation department to ask where I could get the rest of the equipment. They sent me to a location that was 15 miles away, when I arrived they didn't have the equipment for rent, so I ended up buying something I didn't need. Poor customer service.Oscar V.

I'll start by admitting that I made the reservation only 2-3 hours before picking up the trailer. When I arrived, they could not find the reservation. While I was there I got a call from U-Haul asking to confirm my reservation. I don't know if the rep has limited English or not, but she had a hard time understanding I was already at the facility to pickup. Finally I guess she approved the reservation because they were able to find it. The trailer had a piece in the lower-right corner of the front (hitch-side) that was hanging down, and some damage where the metal (fiberglass?) meets the bottom frame. I disputed the existing photo in the walk-around and submitted a new one. All in all not a bad experience. Just not as smooth as normal. Bunting Marine employees did great.DAVID B.

I have no problem with the location or personnel. My problem is that I was billed two times, one for $90.87 and one for $90.20. I called 800gouhaul number, waited 7 minutes for an answer. A women answered and asked how she could help me and when I told her I was billed twice she hung up.Larry S.
