I tried to call and adjust my reservation, the man who answered the phone (after calling and leaving a message with no response first) said he would adjust my pick up time from 1245 to 12. Then that day he didn't show up until almost 12:40 even though they say they open at 12. I filled out the checkin online as I was repeatedly prompted to do I almost lost my reservation.Angela G.
It was in a dangerous area, didn't open for 5 hours later than the drop off time that was stated, and there wasn't even a key box to finalize the drop off. To say it was absolutely horrible doesn't even come close to describing how bad it was.Shane E.

Pickup location was not the location reserved. This was no fault of the second location manager, but what is the point of reserving online if UHaul can switch the location. Have the equipment available at the original location where it was reserved. Don't make the customer drive to a different location to get what was reserved online. Also the tire pressure was way too low in the tires. Customer needed to inflate along trip. Does anyone check these things?Jonathan P.
I had a reservation for 8 am on Saturday, but when I completed the online reservation I was told I couldn't pick up the truck until noon. I had scheduled movers for 9 am. I waited on hold with U-Haul for 20 minutes. While I waited on hold I also tried the online chat and received the following message "Sorry, there is no agent currently able to take chats at this location. Please try again at a later time." I was finally able to speak with someone at U-Haul who basically said, 'Sorry but there isn't anything I can do." While I was on the phone with the U-Haul representative, someone from North Mart Furniture called me to say that he was there and I could come get my truck. I guess the key box was vandalized so keys could only be handed out in person. If that is the case, he should have been there at 8 am or I should have been notified. I am paying movers who have a schedule to stick to. If you have a pick-up scheduled for 8 am you can't just show up whenever you feel like it. Very frustrating!!!JEN Z.
The dollies I ordered were not available. The trailer was in fine condition. I had called earlier in the day to ask if the towing set would be available at this location and I was told that it would. Then when I arrived this was not available, nor the dolly. In all this took about 2.5 hours of my timeHailey T.

You can give me a refund for the dangerous truck that was rented to me. The truck was rented with a massive amount of dirt in it, smelled like marijuana like nothing I have ever smelt before. We needed this truck to be safe for a long drive to Southern California and my driver barely made it due to suspension or alignment issues as well as the check engine light going on and off throughout the tripvince P.

I was supposed to pick up in Renton and due to a trailer not being available I had to go to Seattle. Someone did try to contact me, but I did not get the message before arriving at Renton. I'm not sure what the purpose of making a reservation is, if you're not really guaranteed a trailer anyway. I'm not happy about that whole situation.Ken B.

We picked up the trunk with 1/4 tank of gas.... we dropped off the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. The gentleman who was working at this place(no idea what it even is) charged us for gas saying it was at 1/2 tank when we picked it up..he was rude and accusatory. NEVER again will we use this pick up/drop off location. WORST EVER. Worst customer service EVER.Dan B.

Reservation was moved from original location to this location with a later pick up time. North Mart Furniture was closed when I went to pick up trailer. Finally was able to get owner to come to location. Missed a wedding at home due to delay. U Haul was impossible to contact by phone with unacceptable wait times. VERY POOR OVERALL EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE customer service by both North Mart Furniture AND U Haul as it was impossible to talk to anyone.Patrick J.

I was mistakenly over charged for my UHaul rental. When I picked up the UHaul, the person we picked it up from said we could return it the next day (instead of that night), for no extra charge or fees. I double-checked this with him and he said the same rate would apply. We were done using it that night but chose to return it to the next day because we were tired and he said we wouldn't be charged extra. But now I'm seeing I was charged an extra $39.28 on 5/30. This is a mistake. Please refund this amount.NATASHA R.

The truck that was rented to us was a death trap! The power steering went out an hour into the the drive, about 1/2 way to our destination the passenger rear tire BLEW, hit the under carriage of the trailer and almost punched a hole in the truck. We waited nearly 2 hours for the UHaul roadside service to show. And another hour for the tire change. The truck should never have been rented out and should never be rented in the condition that it is I'm currently. Whoever inspected the vehicle before we rented it, failed.ryan J.

Nothing against the proprietor but it seemed really sketchy. I had already paid in advance and it still took almost 1/2 an hour to check out. He seemed like a nice guy but he was holding onto my, and the driver I rented the vehicle for's, ID for longer than was comfortable. He also was supposed to give us an appliance dolly but didn't and we had forgotten about it when we finally got our truck. I called and he said he would get that corrected on my billing but I'm not holding my breath on that. I'm just hoping he wasn't grabbing all of our info for identity theft at this point.Trudi S.

I am very upset as I had reserved a truck online at the location across the street from my home, so it was going to be very convenient, as I was on an extreme time crunch. I received a phone call about 30 minutes after I had made my reservation that I would have to pick up the truck at a different location, 25 minutes away, so it added almost an hour of time that I didn't have. I chose Uhaul only because of the proximity of the pickup location. Very disappointed that I wasn't given what was promised.Sean K.

When we tested lights we did not realize there are no running lights on the trailers. I was pulled over by state patrol - however, the officer was kind and just told me I had to drive with my hazard lights on to our destination after we fiddled with the connections to be sure that they were intact.Debra M.

Don't take advantage of costumers and take ownership of your mistakes! I shouldnt have to pay the price due to more organization. Also, train your fucking employees and random dealships that provide uhaul. I'm beyond upset.Matthew G.
First toy need to inform customers that there is another area behind the location. We couldn't find the truck at first, then I tried trying to get around the area then I had to go through a Starbucks drive thru oo foot with cars backed up, in order to get to the other side of the building. I originally wanted to rent from the 35th Ave SW location which was literally ACROSS THE STREET from where I needed to load the truck up. Not a great experience to start the dayDiana B.
Leave it to the customer to determine where to return the equipment, especially if we say we will determine the turn in location later! Do NOT lock the customer into a return location that is not convenient - allow for a change of return location without charging an extra fee! After hours of unloading a truck, people Re exhausted and don't want to drive miles out of their way to turn in the truck.Kay M.
